A Hawaiian: luau (Or as close as we can get to one in Beaumont, Texas) will be enjoyed at the home of Willie Coleman in Beaumont. This close to traditional Hawaiian party will be accompanied by entertainment. Just come. You’ll see. We will have food such as poi, Kalua pig, poke, lomi salmon, opihi, and haupia. Well, we will at least have what Willie provides and you bring. Yes, the side dishes and your favorite beverages are pot luck. But, only bring something if you have a strong desire. There is no requirement to do so. The primary meat, grass skirts, leis, music, and décor will be furnished at no charge to you. In fact, the entire night, which begins at 5:00pm till 10:00pm, is no charge to you and a guest. For those of you who are expecting to show us how to roll your belly to a rhythmic drum beat, you may want to instead consider a very private showing at home. On the other hand, if you have a special grass skirt dance move, bring it on. Willie may even provide a special stage for you. Just sayin’. Either way, we look forward to continuing the celebration of our 50 Year Reunion with you on Thursday night, June 21, 2018.
